Spokane Valley City Council Notes - October 28, 2025
This week’s Spokane Valley City Council meeting began with the pledge of allegiance, an invocation and approval of the following meeting agenda. Councilmember Yaeger was excused from the meeting. PROCLAMATION Mayor Haley read a proclamation for National American Indian Heritage Month, which was accepted by representatives of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).
