SEATTLE (Aug. 2, 2026) — Andrew Tate and the U-1 Miss BWR Racing successfully defended their Seafair title Sunday afternoon, capturing the Apollo Mechanical Cup for the second consecutive year after an exciting battle with Jimmy Shane and the U-27 Miss Apollo. The two championship contenders raced side-by-side for much of the final, thrilling the thousands of fans lining the shores of Lake Washington before Tate pulled away to secure another prestigious Seattle victory.
