Meet Zephyr, a 7 year old, 70lb neutered male German Shepherd who is mature, intelligent & ready for a fresh start in a secure & stable home. He’s crate trained, housebroke, & knows his obedience! He’s been well loved & trained over the last 4+ years, & his current caretaker is happy to provide background to support his transition. Zeph thrives when he has a job to do. He’s a working dog at heart & needs both physical exercise & mental stimulation daily. If you’re a long-distance runner, hiker, or farm dweller, he could be your perfect partner! His current family is heartbroken to let him go, but they know he deserves more space, time, and attention than they can provide. If you're looking for a loyal, active companion to share your adventures, Zephyr is your guy. He is good with other dogs & respectful kids 7+ years old, no cats or small animals.
